SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are delivered 1-3 days after receiving your order and deliveries are made during week-days only.

Orders placed on the weekend will be processed the following business day.

Orders can be sent to business or home addresses.

INTERNATIONAL

All international orders are sent through New Zealand Couriers/DHL.

International shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and cubic of the order and the continent it is being shipped to. Calculate the cost of international shipping by entering the destination in the shipping calculation found on the checkout page.

International customers must provide a valid email address and phone number when ordering so that the local courier company can contact you if your package is held at the border.

Ladderlevellers (NZ) Ltd accept no liability for the refund/replacement of any goods or any costs relating too, or arising from the importation or confiscation of any goods by your countries Customs Service or other government body. Likewise any import duty or tax payable on your order is your responsibility and is beyond our control.

If an order is returned to us by your countrys’ Customs Service in re-saleable condition, we will refund the value of the order minus any freight costs incurred by us. A refund will not be
